  • High Season - December 1 - April 30 - $1200 per night / $7560 per week
  • Christmas Week 2011 - December 19 - December 26 - $1500 per night / $9450 per week
  • New Year’s Week 2011 – December 19 to January 4 - N/A Please call for availability & rates
  • Other Holidays - Weeks of Thanksgiving, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day - $1200 per night / $7560 per week.
* Rates do not include a 7% IVU Puerto Rico Tax or 5% gratuity fee
